All stories and links about Nicaragua

  • Abundant Rain in Managua, Nicaragua networking with Judah 1, Biblico Instituto International, Missions International to bring in 60,000 meals to reach thousands for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We visited local orphanages, schools, churches, drug rehabs and comedors providing 60,000 meals through Joseph House International Food Relief Program. We held special meetings with Nicaraguan pastors from several denominations uniting together for a common purpose by networking with Baptist, Church of God, Pentecostal, Catholic, Nazarene, Mennonite. We also obtained unbelievable favor with government and Aduana (Immigration) of Nicaragua. We personally participated and witnessed the Gospel of Jesus Christ being preached through these programs in the capital city of Managua and through rural areas, and mountain villages of Nicaragua. Abundant Rain also networked with Instituto Biblico International who has established over 1,000 Bible schools in Nicaragua and their wonderful team including Daniel Thompson and Ruth Diaz-Thompson, Laura Hernandez, Erick Osorio Cruz and Alba Diaz Velasquez. Many blessing to them for their labor of love. We also purchased land for Comedor Rayito de Luz, to build a new comedor/diner facility for a pastor who has a successful feeding program in one of the poorest areas of Nicaragua. We networked with New Jerusalem supplying food for children who have been successfully moved from the dump area to homes. They have also established a school education these children. We provided additional financial support to comedor Nehemias to help establish a comedor in mountain area where families walked for miles to obtain assistance. A special thank you to all of our covenant prayer partners for your labor of love to reach thousands of SOULS for the Jesus Christ. The people of Nicaragua were extremely thankful and Erick asked us to pray Hebrews 6:10 over everyone that helped make this ministry possible.
